The Contact Centre :

The Dubai Properties Contact Centre is open 7 days a week from 8:00am to 10:00pm; except on Fridays when we open from 11:00am to 10:00pm. The contact Centre receives & responds to your enquiry via telephone, email, fax or letter.

The Walk in Service Centre :

Dubai Properties has a dedicated customer service centre in our corporate headquarters building. Located in Dubai Internet City the Customer Service Centre is open Sunday to Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The following services are available to you at our Customer Service Centre :

Processing of Title Deed Applications (for handed over units/plots)
Processing resale transactions pre & post handover
Processing requests for affection plans
Processing changes to the SPA
Printing of Statement of Account
Updating of Customer Contact Details
