Welcome to Dubai Properties:

On behalf of everyone at Dubai Properties, it is my pleasure to welcome all of you to our all new and improved website.

Dubai Properties has witnessed important changes and new developments over the past year, from the successful handover of our first project, Jumeirah Beach Residence, to the launch of our largest project to date, Mudon, the large metropolis which incorporates five historical Arab cities into one.

As a whole, 2007 shaped up to be a great year for the property market in Dubai, and 2008 has so far proven to be going along the same path. Property Laws continue to be passed which make the market interesting and worthy of investment, and at Dubai Properties, we continue to set the bar in terms of quality of products and services, and commitment to excellence.

There have been several interesting developments within our organization as well. In 2007, Dubai Properties expanded its global reach by participating in leading exhibitions and trade fairs in Europe and Asia, as well as launching a successful promotional campaign with Harrods in the UK. We also participated in global real estate events in countries such as India, France and China, where we were able to begin gauging international interests in our projects.

Internally, we continue to grow at a rapid pace, with our current employee number bordering 1800. Every one of our employees has contributed to the growth of Dubai Properties, and we only expect it to prosper further in the upcoming year.

I would like to commend our team for their contribution towards the growth of Dubai Properties. We have many exciting projects and developments in the pipeline that will be revealed within 2008, while we also continue to follow up on our promises with our current developments.

In closing, we would like to thank you for your support of Dubai Properties in 2007, and look forward to a continued relationship in 2008.
